The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject. If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to conclude a contract with you or provide certain services.

The data will be processed until the purpose for which they were collected ceases or the data subject objects to the processing, whichever comes first. Everyone has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. Everyone has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that they have given to the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

We have received data directly from you, as well as from other sources, in accordance with the law and based on agreements with partners. These other sources may be public sources, such as KRS registers, CEIDG. In each of the indicated cases, we verify that we have a legal basis for processing your personal data.

Recipients of your personal data will be entities participating in the execution of the order/contract, business partners, debt collection companies, banks, postal operators, carriers, other authorized entities, only to the extent specified by law.
